Lakshmi (Viji ) Natarajan started her career in healthcare as Physical Therapist in various healthcare settings. She took on more leadership roles to help make an impact for the patients she worked with, to make a significant difference. Her constant curiosity and learning helped her create solutions for the problems and challenges in long term care space. 

She founded LaPortaCare to address the challenges faced during transition of care across different levels of care. She loves to work with people and come up with innovative solutions to make work and life easier within her realms of expertise.
